Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 9, 2026

TasqForce ("we," "us," or "our"), operated under the Creadio organization, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the TasqForce platform and website (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign up on behalf of an organization, we also collect your organization name.

Content and Usage Data

We collect the content you create within the Service, including tasks, projects, comments, and uploaded files. We also collect usage data such as feature interactions, login timestamps, and general activity patterns to improve the Service.

Service Request Data

When external users submit service requests through a team's intake form, we collect the submitter's name, email address, request details, and any attached files.

Payment Information

Payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails and notifications (via Resend)
  • Power optional AI features, such as task breakdown suggestions (via Anthropic)
  • Improve the Service and develop new features
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse

3. What We Do NOT Do

We want to be clear about what we will never do with your data:

  • We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
  • We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not run ads on TasqForce, and we do not provide your information to advertising networks.
  • We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. We only use cookies that are necessary for the Service to function.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate TasqForce:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles your payment information under their own privacy policy.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery. Used to send notifications, invitations, and password reset emails.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — optional AI-powered features. When you use AI task breakdown, relevant task content is sent to Anthropic for processing. This feature is opt-in.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — infrastructure and hosting. Your data is stored on AWS servers in the US East (Ohio) region.

We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function. We do not give these providers broad access to your account.

5. Cookies

TasqForce uses session cookies for authentication. When you sign in, a secure cookie is set to maintain your session. These are essential cookies required for the Service to work.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. There are no third-party cookies on TasqForce.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and content within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are legally required to retain it.

Service request data submitted by external users is retained as part of the receiving team's workspace and is subject to that organization's data management.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

  • All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
  • Data is stored on AWS infrastructure with industry-standard security
  • Authentication sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies
  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text

While we work hard to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

TasqForce is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Correct inaccurate information in your account
  • Opt out of optional features like AI processing

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@tasqforce.com.

10. External Users (Service Requests)

If you submit a service request through a TasqForce intake form without creating an account, we collect your name, email address, and the details of your request. This information is shared with the team receiving the request and is used solely to fulfill your request.

External users can contact us at any time to request deletion of their submitted information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users by email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
